♥ 010809 Meeting
CORE officers and Class Presidents (or responsible people of your GIFT Class) na kahit nde na basic. We have a meeting Friday, Jan 8 Lunch at the usual staircase. I won't announce it again like last time since people go when i don't, haha anyways. We will discuss important and urgent talent fest stuff so please PLEASE do come : )
As for my Core, Please take note of your following duties:
1) Stage Design (launching) - MONTY (coordinate with tish with how many tarps there would be)
2) Program + (2) invitation - DAN (coordinate with Tish :) kasi kanya yung logo job :D )
3) Talent Fest Assignments (Opening, closing prayer, MC (2)) - IZZA (coordinate with Dan for Program :) )
4) Tarp + Logo - TISH - (coordinate with Monty and Dan :) )
Before you go crazy about how you'll going to manage all these, i'm going to tell you na not because you have these duties mean that you'll have to do it yourself. You are assigned to that duty because I want you to manage it and help me fix it faster : ) Don't worry, I know we're all busy but I'm telling this to you now so that you won't get frustrated so much. Whether you want to do the task yourself or not is up to you, but just be sure FArts will have someone who would work for that job or else TF would fail.
Coordinate and update me often with your duties okay? I'm counting on you all because I trust you won't fail me, ms lacap or the whole of FArts : )

Tarp + Logo: Sunday Morning, Jan 10
Program + Invitation: Jan 11
Stage Design: Jan 11
