CONGRATULATIONS Center for Fine Arts! This is the beginning of the new revolution, let's keep up the good work! Reminders:

tomorrow for those who are involved (prex + core) please be in school in your "cool" costumes early na so we'll be able to do the run through of the launching : )

and for those people who are suppose to help sa convention hall, sabi ni ms na possible na whole day at hopefully hindi lang afternoon. This will be clarified tomorrow din. ipopost raw sa bulletin board. Monty and Marik (if ever you can go til gabi talaga) please facilitate okay? you know what to do, I told you na : ) so please do. kasi i cant :< sorry sa hassle : )

DAN! i'll send you na the invitation, sticker logo, picture logo, and tickets so you can print it na and do something about it :)

As for the script for the MC, Dan and Tish, I'm assigning you na for this :) remember that it's sort of formal-ish and it's a "guide" for our MC, Sam and Jaime, during the talentfest

for the TOKEN, guys we NEED an idea or plan as to how we'll be buying these things (max 5)

for DOCUMENTATION, Danica, it's automatic na that you and your giftmates are taking pictures right? i just hope maayos :) THANKS!

Marshalls = I'm assigning the core and the prexies to facilitate the people while they are looking at the gallery :) sana to help calm them down, etc : )

DAN AND IZZA! Prepare your opening (dan) and closing prayers (izza) :) ms lacap needs it na by tomorrow raw diba? : )

uh.. for the guests per gift class, sana lang FINAL na yun kasi kung may hahabol pang guest, hindi sila pwedeng pumasok ng convention hall to watch the shows : ) we have free tickets for those guests na nasa list lang, otherwise, they won't be able to go, kahit pilitin : ) SO TELL ME IF YOU GUYS STILL NEED MORE GUESTS TO INVITE.

UPDATE!
FArts! yes, lahat kayo! : ))


since we're all going to be busy na from tomorrow until our talent fest, i'd like to recruit more people (preferably painting class or basta pwedeng tumulong :< ) to help us with the making of the painting for the launching (it's completely different from the one we'll use sa talent fest okay? :D just in case you're confused : ) ) we have the design na naman and everything, we just need to MAKE it :< )

MEETING PLACE AT 4th YEAR BLDG at lunch or dismissal! stay LONG PLEASE!

reminder din sa mga tao involved in the launching (core, marik, ichie, shy, dani, rissa, danica) sana we can go UNTIL 6 tomorrow o_o PLEASE! practice raw for wednesday : ) and i need you BADLY : ) thank you!

okay since we were REJECTED last time, i made another ticket that i hope would be APPROVED na kasi it WOULD mean PEACE and it COMPLEMENTS fashion -_- or whatever.. hope you like this guys:

ONE1 - kasi "we're all in this together~" and kasi pinaghirapan natin to kasi united tayo (or at least that's what i WANT to think o_o )

♥ 010809 Meeting

CORE officers and Class Presidents (or responsible people of your GIFT Class) na kahit nde na basic. We have a meeting Friday, Jan 8 Lunch at the usual staircase. I won't announce it again like last time since people go when i don't, haha anyways. We will discuss important and urgent talent fest stuff so please PLEASE do come : )

As for my Core, Please take note of your following duties:

1) Stage Design (launching) - MONTY (coordinate with tish with how many tarps there would be)
2) Program + (2) invitation - DAN (coordinate with Tish :) kasi kanya yung logo job :D )
3) Talent Fest Assignments (Opening, closing prayer, MC (2)) - IZZA (coordinate with Dan for Program :) )
4) Tarp + Logo - TISH - (coordinate with Monty and Dan :) )

Before you go crazy about how you'll going to manage all these, i'm going to tell you na not because you have these duties mean that you'll have to do it yourself. You are assigned to that duty because I want you to manage it and help me fix it faster : ) Don't worry, I know we're all busy but I'm telling this to you now so that you won't get frustrated so much. Whether you want to do the task yourself or not is up to you, but just be sure FArts will have someone who would work for that job or else TF would fail.

Coordinate and update me often with your duties okay? I'm counting on you all because I trust you won't fail me, ms lacap or the whole of FArts : )

Tarp + Logo: Sunday Morning, Jan 10
Program + Invitation: Jan 11
Stage Design: Jan 11
